In this project, we developed a sophisticated solution within Salesforce that leverages artificial intelligence, Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) modules, and Google’s Text-to-Speech (TTS) API to streamline customer call handling and order processing.

Key Points:

Artificial Intelligence Integration:
Implemented AI to enhance data analysis and customer insights.

CTI Modules:
