Every unclosed case carries psychological weight. Every pipeline that never shrinks tells your users they are behind. Most of us have built these designs. Few of us have questioned what they cost.
We call showing users everything unfinished “visibility”, visibility without pacing is not helpful. It is demoralising. So what can an admin actually do about it?
In this workshop, small groups are handed real examples of Sales and Service designs that get this wrong. Groups diagnose what each design does to the person using it and rebuild it using tools admins already have.
The goal is not to hide work. It is to pace it, to acknowledge progress, and to give users the sense of achievement that keeps them engaged rather than the feeling of permanent failure that drives them away.
